Hello! We can’t believe it’s already March! In February our school-wide focus was placed on being KIND. This month we are changing our focus to being GRATEFUL. Read Across America also starts this week. Please be sure to ask your children all about East Hanover’s Battle of the Books. Have a great week!

We are happy to announce the Smile Program!
A mobile dentist will be coming to our school on Thursday, April 2. Permission forms have been sent home with students. In order for your child to participate, please complete the form and return it to school by Thursday, February 27. The in-school dentist is an easy and convenient way for your child to get quality dental care. Best of all, your child can receive dental care at no cost to you, as Medicaid, CHIP, and most other insurances cover 100% of prevention treatment. Dental services can be provided to families who need financial assistance and there are subsidized fees for those who choose to pay for preventive care. Please understand this program is completely voluntary and is being offered as a convenience to families. This service is being provided because taking care of your child’s teeth is important to keeping them healthy. Please contact the school nurse (717-469-2686) if you have any questions or need another permission form.
